Privacy and data controls

Your account and saved work

Use Account privacy to download your account data or request deletion. A deletion request turns off public sharing immediately. We review billing, provider copies and any required record retention before confirming completion. Requesting deletion does not automatically cancel a subscription.

Optional usage analytics

Optional usage analytics are off unless you allow them through Privacy preferences. You can withdraw that choice at any time. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track for these analytics. Shared worksheet pages do not send usage analytics. Sign-in, billing and worksheet features work without opting in.

Usage-event properties exclude account identifiers, email addresses, lesson text and document identifiers. Hosting and security services still process operational information needed to deliver and protect AISheets.

Shared worksheets

Saved worksheets are private by default. If you enable sharing, anyone with the link can view and copy the shared material. Turning sharing off cannot recall copies already downloaded. Optional worksheet analytics can collect participant details, answers and scores for the worksheet owner; leaderboards can display participant names and scores. These worksheet features are separate from optional website usage analytics. Review sharing and collection settings before distributing a link.

Uploaded files and AI providers

Requested AI features send relevant material to the providers listed on our service provider page. After successful PDF or DOCX extraction, we save the text and request deletion of the temporary OCR source. Failed cleanup is retried. Abandoned imports that were never saved as a document become eligible for cleanup after seven days; scheduled processing and retries can extend that interval. A saved document awaiting extraction keeps its source.

Deleting an API file does not establish deletion from provider logs or backups. Provider processing and retention vary by service and account configuration. Financial records and minimal request or unsubscribe records may need to remain after account-content deletion. Contact us before supplying material that requires specific institutional or retention guarantees.

Email preferences

Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option. We retain suppression information to honor opt-outs. Necessary account and billing messages are handled separately.
